The Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Young Professionals Day event called “Summer Vibes Day Party” on July Saturday, 22, 2017 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. The event will be held at Social Eatery & Bar located at 1219 1st Street in Sarasota.

Attendees will have an opportunity to mix and mingle with other local black professionals and voice their thoughts on relevant issues.

“We are trying to build synergy among young people of color in our local area by creating positive spaces for them to have a good time,”

said Edward James, III, Executive Board Member of the Chamber.

“You will be able to network and learn about resources available to you and your business,”

he said.

The mixer will feature free food, a live DJ, raffles and a cash bar. The attire is summer chic dress to impress. The cost is $30.00 but you can receive a discount by going to www.manasotabcc.org/ events and registering.
