Community Awareness Program on Elder Abuse, Fraud, and Neglect


In Recognition of May as Older American Month, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s Manatee/ Sarasota Chapter, Gamma Rho Zeta Chapter, will present a community awareness program on Elder Abuse, Fraud, and Neglect. This forum is part of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s National Initiative, Z-HOPE – Zetas Helping Other People Excel. The Chapter will partner with the Senior Connection Center, Inc., an aging and disability resource center in Tampa, Florida. Patricia Henderson, Outreach Manager and Community Liaison for Senior Connection, Inc. will speak and answer questions. The program will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016, 10:00am – 12 Noon at Pathways Christian Fellowship Center, 329 6th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida. The program is free and open to the public.
